I am having the same issue. It seems I can't access any APN settings as if it deleted them.

This is a current issue with OneUI 9.

It would've been nice if they had noted that in the Beta 1 precautions.....as having no data is a real bummer for almost 100% of users.

Apparently there's a fix, if you go into settings reset mobile data and network than reboot your phone it should work
