Motion feature in camera and gallery malfunction

After the most recent update, this notion feature editing option has stopped working and it was something I used daily, especially for pictures of my kids. Why is this happening and it's anyone else experiencing this?

It's in the known issues on the patch notes.

I'm guessing you didn't read the release notes either? What do you see in the release notes right here?
