Being said, we apologize for the inconvenience to those who were able to join Beta (Because the Watch model is eligible) yet could not receive the software update (due to ineligible network conditions).

It's ridiculous that I bought the watch brand new direct from Samsung and they're going to tell me I have to have service thru T-Mobile to be eligible?
