My green microphone light keeps coming up ever since beta.

Ever since I installed the beta I'm constantly getting my green microphone awareness light popping up like 3 or 4 times every 10 minutes. Before the beta I never had it come on at all. Besides when using camera or recording. But definitely not while just sitting on my home screen. What is this? What turned on that constantly wants to listen in and how do I turn it off without turning off ALL the permissions.

I have noticed that turning all permissions off on your mic even just for a short second has (as of what I've experienced) kept it from coming back on. So turn microphone permission off for everything and then back on seemed to have reset the problem for me. (For now) Let me know if this works for anyone else. Just something I'm experiencing myself. If it does for anyone else feel free to mark as a resolved answer. I've been bugged with this one for a minute.
