Navigation Bar Swipe Gestures lacking

I'm still getting glitches from the navigation bar swipe gestures. It's a hit and miss. I'll touch from the very bottom of the screen and swipe up to go home or view the open apps and it doesn't respond. Every other gesture seems to be doing much better though.

Seems to be worse while texting?? I have the stock messages app. When I go to swipe up to home, etc.. It thinks I'm still typing.

yes, no haptic feed back or anything it's like it's frozen at times

turning on gesture hints seems to fix the problem for me

I agree! That worked for me as well. But we shouldn't have to turn on Gesture Hints just to make it work... :\

just saw this post. I had the same issue with this since beta 2. gesture hints enabled is the only fix I found. oh well.
