Nearby share does not work | App minimize does not have smooth animation

I tried with multiple devices, nearby share neither detects people nor gets detected. 

When minimizing apps, it has glitchy animation or weird wobble like animation. 

Battery drains alot faster even on FHD screen. 

WiFi calling is activated even when deactivated.
