After installing the first beta, the Netflix app which was pre-installed when I received my unlocked Note 20 Ultra, won't open anymore. I receive a pop-up message that "This device is not supported by the app."
I spoke with a Netflix rep who had me to download the app from their website and install it, but it didn't work. The rep told me that it seems like my phone isn't compatible and she said that I shouldn't call them anymore about this issue. But, I will be calling them again if Samsung doesn't fix it.
During beta program, some 3rd party software are not yet certified by Google, and therefore secure services may not work. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice once it becomes certified by Google. You may try again at that time.
