Never ending Carrier Hub Notification

I tried looking for Carrier Hub app to force stop it, but the app doesn't seem to be installed on the phone. When I slide to either side on the notification in the tray, no settings option either.

May be why my phone battery is draining faster than before beta update?

I have the same issue there are 2 notifications always

Try installing Google carrier services and then reboot your phone

This worked for me (installing Google Carrier Services). Both MCM notifications are now gone.

Never mind, it's still there for my work profile, despite installing GCS there as well.

Pressing and holding on the notification can prompt an option for "Turn off Notifications", that's how I got rid of it.

I did that too. But I turned it off an then back on. They have not came back on
