Just a heads up there's a Update to the Beta Health app.

No release notes no obvious changes

Woke up this morning and had NO SLEEP recorded at all From Watch 5 pro. So i'm thinking Back to the drawing board.

BUT.... I open the updated beta app "on the PHONE" and looked at sleep and there was a message OVERtop of the empty sleep section in the health app. It reads the following:

"Were you asleep from 1:10am till 7:46am Yes or no"

I choose yes and it added my sleep to the phone APP. BUT if i look at my Watch its shows NO SLEEP still. THE WATCH SYNC NEEDS TO GO BOTH WAYS> NOT JUST UPDATE THE PHONE APP

Not quite convenient, but at least it was tracked some how.

@RobXbalboa

Ironically I didn't wear my watch to sleep last night. I just updated the app minutes ago. It did ask did I sleep from xx:xx to xx:xx time as well. Of course it only added the sleep time period since my watch was not on to record the other sleep metrics. I'm definitely wear it tonight.

The only other thing I noticed is that the font size was made smaller in the app home screen for the Sleep tile. I only noticed it because when I opened the app after updating minutes ago, the original size appeared for 2 seconds then adjusted to the current size.

Anyway, I'll see if it records my sleep metrics tonight.

My watch has always recorded my sleep on these beta builds. It's only when I don't wear my watch, it'll ask me if I was sleep. IDK if it's using my phone in this case to get sleeping data
