New button placement for notification panel

How does everyone feel about these two buttons being relocated to the bottom of the screen? Personally, I definitely have to get used to it visually, but I think it's easier for one hand usability - which has been a staple of One UI from the start.

Personally I don't need the notification settings on that screen at all and never use the clear button bc it wipes away the persistent notifications also. Now they're just more noticeable

I like any thing they put in reach .. the settings and power button along with all of the quick settings should be dropped in finger reach then be able to scroll from mid screen ...I don't understand why we are still having to reach all the way to the top of our Ultras and Plus' to click actions. If everything in this image were dropped to midscreen, I don't think anyone would complain.
