I just got a new s24 and I was a beta tester. It's now not recognizing my new phone and took away my beta. It says my account limit has been reached. I have deleted all old phones from my account . How do I re-add beta to be a tester again?

Hello,

If you are using the same Samsung account for multiple devices, we may need to update your Beta registration status on the database. 

Please DM us your Device IMEI (That you will be using for Beta), and Samsung account (email address).
