No update?

I'm not getting the 2nd beta update.  I have my sim in the flip 4.  Do I need to have the sim card in to get the update?

Yes the sim has to be in the s22 ultra the device will not update the sim is tied to the beta

I put my sim in the s22 ultra and it still wasn't there. I guess it'll push later

I only put a sim in when I enrolled the beta. Now, it has no sim but still get the beta 2 update.

TMob was tied to my update, so I'm assuming you will need your sim.
