Not able to join Beta for Watch 6

So I use my galaxy watch 6 with a Google Pixel device which doesn't support Samsung Members app so I installed Members in one of my spare phone.

The I can access the beta program but not able join it. Clickingbon Join button does nothing. Please help .

Please try Deleting Cache from Members App on your Google Pixel device and try again (Notification > Watch6 Beta > Watch6 Join). 

If there is still no response, please submit an error report through the Samsung Members or Galaxy Wearable app on your device:

- To provide feedback or to report bugs or errors in the Beta software, select "Contact us > Error reports" in the Galaxy Wearable app.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

I am experiencing a persistent issue with my Galaxy S 22 Ultra. Despite attempting various troubleshooting measures, such as reinstalling the watch software and clearing the cache, the problem persists.
