Just saw that the Note 20 locked and unlocked with AT&T got the stable Android 11 update. That means the bs about updates needing to roll out to all carriers before unlocked isn't true. And it's ridiculous that the N20 would get it before all of the S20 series.
Saw that news as well, pretty annoying that you enter the beta program to test these builds then just get left in the dark on the final build. No news, no updates on anything after almost a whole month on the last beta build. That's poor communication on the Beta Team's part and just a straight up disrespect for the testers, IMO.
beta is no longer active so the mods will not be around, the update is now up to the carriers, the thing is that samsung needs to get to a point where the iphone & pixel is, where they don't have to go through the carriers to release the final build. will that ever happen? idk
agreed, if you're in a beta program for the firmware then your phone that qualified should be the first to get the stable rollout. it's a giant F you to everyone who has dealt with apps being broken, bugs, gestures still not working with 3rd party launchers, and the countless other things we all put up with for a few months!
