When will the note series get the ONE UI 4.0 UPDAT LIKE THE NOTE 20 ULTRA 5G.

If you are referring to the beta the UK is testing it now, ideally it should spread over the next week. For the official release the S series isn't receiving another beta so they should start by the end of the month with the note probably by mid December
