Notification Quick Swipe down glitch

After unlocking your phone, swiping down from anywhere on the screen to get the notification tab to come down results in an initial glitch where the screen flickers as though transitioning to the notification screen but reverts right back to the same screen you were on without bringing the notification bar down. An additional swipe will effectively bring the notification bar down. I should note that I have all animations turned off for a faster input experience but ive been using every flagship Samsung device this way since developer options added the ability to disable animations.

To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
