I installed the beta and now it seems that my notifications have changed for the worse. I used to be able to swipe left or right on a notification to dismiss it. I now have to click on each notification and open up its related app to get the notification to clear which is time consuming and annoying. I also don't get any description of the notification. For instance, if money was withdrawn from my bank account, my bank app notification used to tell me that, and how much was withdrawn. Now it just shows I have a notification from my bank but I have no idea what the notification is. If I click on the notification it just opens my bank app and I still have no idea what the specific notification is/was. This problem occurs with every app that sends notifications. It's extremely frustrating. Otherwise, I'm loving the changes.
That's not supposed to happen. My notifications behave the way they always have. They provide the same amount of detail they used to and you can swipe them away.
To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:
1. Open Samsung Members. 2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screenrecording/video (if possible). 4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 15 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
