Finally worked after playing with the Now bar settings: removed, re-added several times. Very impressive when it works. Able to scroll / flip through scores as well as media. It's a bit finicky or buggy, though, as it seems too much manipulation and swiping caused scores to disappear again. They came back once on their own but gone again.
