If you don't see the banner on the home screen, go to the Benefits tab and click "see more"

The scroll all the way down until you see the banner for One UI 4.l beta. Click that, and then click "Register."

If you don't see the banner here, you're device is not eligible. Your device has to be either factory bought from Samsung, T-Mobile or Sprint branded. Version and At&T customers are reportedly unable to participate otherwise.

I'm S21 unlocked purchased from Samsung, using on Verizon. Got the banner and am doing a SmartSwitch backup before I install the beta. 

Update is available on my phone after registering.
