I got it. Unlocked S21+. It showed up at the bottom of the Benefits section. I didn't have a SIM in it since I replaced the S21+ (which was my wife's) with a Flip3. It wouldn't let me enroll without a SIM so I took my Google Fi one out of my Fold3 and boom, it worked! Once the beta is installed you can take the SIM back out.
