While I'm rocking the latest Samsung device with a beta OS, I drive a 2015 Ford with the old SYNC software. My truck does not support Android Auto. Until this beta I could still bluetooth connect, but the new beta OS doesn't support SYNC. So my phone no longer connects to the truck. I know sometimes things hit end of life, but please put back some level of SYNC support šŸ™šŸ».

I did. I turned it off and on. I've turned the phone on and off. The radio on and off. I unpaired the truck and phone. Now they don't even find each other. I can't pair them. I'll work on it again tomorrow.

Make sure your version of Sync is the most recent offered... also try a reboot on the Sync side of things.

You all rock. I did a master reset on SYNC in the truck. That seems to have resolved it. I'm reconnected and listening once again. Thank you everyone for your help.

Hello,

Thank you very much for your feedback.

Certain apps are not compatible with V OS at the moment (including Zoom, Payment apps, Google Message, GoodLock themesā€¦etc) and you may experience discrepancy on using these apps.

Best way to approach these new apps would be resetting/updating/clear cache or data of the apps.

(In your case, re-establishing Bluetooth connection after reset would've solved the problem :D)

On the bright side, you will soon be able to use the apps normally once the official software is released.

In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing throughout the Beta program.

Regards,
One UI Beta Team
