Well, T-Mobile wanted it to be a part of their T-Mobile Tuesday program so that could be a reason.

Beta 9 was the final, stable Android 14 release. The only difference with this new release is security updates. There are no bugfixes of any kind.

Despite the several bugs already mentioned and not fixed already. They haven't even acknowledged my reports of the Chrome / Brave browsers not working in the Secured Folder. So it seems that they're fine with "stable-ish"?
