DiscussionsFYI,
One UI 4,0 installed in the UK yesterday.
First few hours fine, but then the phone got really hot, boot loops and finally recovery mode.
Had to boot into safe mode. Lost everything š
Is there anyway to get off the Beta? Ive never had a non stable beta š

Discussionsgo to the first page of this app, look in the upper right hand corner for a gear icon. press that then go down to "one UI beta program status", click on that, scroll around towards the bottom about how to leave beta.
DO NOT click on "withdraw" until you read all the instructions and know what you're doing, good luck!

DiscussionsHello @useraIYFXTFEhm ,
Safe mode itself doesn't have access to any 3rd party apps by design. If you reboot to normal you should have all your apps back.
You can deregister from the beta program from Samsung memberās app -> settings -> one Ui Beta program status -> Withdraw. Once withdrawn you can download smart switch on the PC and restore to Android 11.
Please back up all data on your device before using smart switch to move back to Android 11 as this does reset the phone. if you do choose to move to Android 11 , we suggest you backup all your device data and master reset on Android 12 and try if for a few days. If issues are still not resolved, you always have the choice to withdraw and move back to Android 11.
Regards
One UI Beta Team.
