Because I don't want Samsung to cut their favorite feature like Samsung pay missing the mst

MST is a function of the phone. If your current phone is S21, you don't have MST. If an S10, for instance, you have MST and it's not going away.

that phone only has NFC, so however long you've been using Samsung Pay on that phone, you have not used MST
