I want to know the process of shifting from the one ui beta to the stable release on my z flip 3.

It will be a FOTA. Just like how we've received each beta iteration.

Just save all your information with a Google and Samsung Backup. Then Factory Reset.

As @userItxoGb2uef mentioned, it would just be another FOTA update to the official software.

Please remind your engineering team to enable fota to beta. These are important backend configurations, don't rely on interns.
