One ui 5.0 pop up ugly

The pop ups for allowing permissions is horrendous now. What happened

Looks like it's Just the plain android os without any one ui skin over it. Guessing samsung forgot or something

I might be in the minority but I like it and it's way easier to select a choice lower on the screen
