My Outlook now say I have more emails then I do for example I get 3 emails the count on the app says 78 emails this just started with yesterday's update.
Outlook email isn't for use with the beta install. It would be up to Microsoft to update their apps to function with a beta, of which they will not do. Try clearing the cache, if that doesn't work, then clear the cache and data, uninstall it, then reinstall and login to the app again. See if that helps.
