A restart is good for a phone but on its own is not good check to see if auto restart is set if not usually a recent app especially in beta can cause it to happen.
Please check the Auto Restart Setting as suggested by @KeeperOfTheWorld . If the issue persists, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report.
