I had taken a bunch of pictures, different time frames and locations. Today i wanted to post one and basically everything that was once in my camera gallery is just gone.
There are a couple left, specifically the ones I don't want to post, lol.
Wondering if this is a beta issue that needs reported. Anyone else missing photos?
Doesn't look like I have a backup option for pictures. There is one for Google but had it turned off because it gobbled up all my storage space and kept annoying me to buy more.
That's correct a Samsung back up does not include photos. Awhile back Samsung started using MS Onedrive for Samsung cloud photo back ups. Did you reject using this free service? If you did download Onedrive and enable it in your cloud accounts.
If your Gallery is synced with Microsoft OneDrive on Samsung Cloud, then your photos can be restored via restore option. Also, you can always use Smart Switch to backup your photos using your local PC.
However, if your photos have randomly vanished, we kindly ask you to submit your feedback via error report with before and after screenshots (if possible).
