DiscussionsHi, I hope you're doing well. I'm really disappointed. The Super HDR feature on #GalaxyS24Ultra is incredibly impressive, but the only platform that supports HDR photos is Instagram, and they only accept HDR in JPEG format.
I've always shot in #HEIC and used a simple workaround: I'd rotate the photo slightly in the gallery to force it to save as #JPEG without losing the HDR quality when posting on Instagram. But now, after the update, even if I rotate or edit the HEIC photo, it still saves as #HEIC. This means my workaround no longer works, and I'm forced to use inferior #JPEG files for Instagram.
Sadly, this update has made it impossible to share hundreds of my HDR #HEIC photos on Instagram in the quality they deserve.
On the S25 Ultra this "save as JPEG" option has been given but not on S24 Ultra running One UI Beta 4. Please bring back the "save as JPEG" option on S24 Ultra.
