Pop-up notification very intrusive

I thought this would have been fixed after beta 1. There's no need for my whole screen to go blank when I receive a pop-up notification. I need to be able to continue reading or using the app I'm in without taking action on the notification or waiting for it to disappeared

Mine doesn't do that. Have you tried repairing through recovery?

Mine doesn't do that either... Not a feature. I agree, try repairing apps in recovery.

People commenting "mine doesn't do that" obviously don't have the "detailed" notification style popup enabled...

You can change the setting for the notifications.

Yes, if you have notification pop ups set to brief it doesn't blank out the screen. But if you set notifications to detailed it does.

I have detailed and it does not for me. Try going into recovery and repair. See if it fixes the problem.
