Power, restart button

Any one having issues with power and restart  button not working?

When I hit the side key and the Power, restart and emergency comes up my screen just locks. Same thing if I drop down the screen and hit the little power button.

I was having the same issue, I then did a factory reset and the issue was fixed along with 80% of the other issues I was experiencing
