Problems with the new quick panel

With the old quick panel, you would pull down twice using one hand and you could reach all the items because the added empty space on the top was considered for that purpose. 

However, the new quick panel, does not have that empty space on the top and that makes the experience awkward. You can't reach the wifi button or the Bluetooth button! 

This is bad design because it defeats the purpose of using one hand even in the smallest S23 phone.

Maybe try using just your thumb instead of a whole hand?
I have no issues getting to the extended panel with two flicks of the thumb, as always.

I can reach with wifi one handed no problem.
