I keep getting these random restarts. The phone is not low in battery. It doesn't feel like a full restart more like Windows hibernation. The phone is back to the lock screen in about 20 to 30 seconds. There also seems to be a significant battery drain issue.
You should boot your phone into safe mode just to see if that makes any difference. It's possible that some third-party app you have on your phone doesn't work properly with the One UI 8.5 beta software. Safe mode prevents all third-party software from running and if the problem stops in safe mode, this would indicate that it's a problem with an app on your phone.
