Home screen keeps getting stuck and rebooting

I have the same problem and my S23 Ultra Phone is also overheating.

I've joined in on this party with the overheating, too.  Seems to be hotter on the top half.  I've cleared the cache a few times with no change.

Bit the bullet, reset my Ultra and restored from my backup.  

Things seem to be working reasonably well now--no rebooting, no apparent app problems.  I have no idea what caused it.
