Requesting an Admin - switching carriers

Hello,

I had posted about 2 weeks ago about switching my phone provider from T-Mobile to Verizon while on the beta. The transfer has been completed. 

A moderator had commented that I needed to send them my information but I didn't get a response back. 

Was wanting to see what the status was on the transfer.

It's odd because my cell service is through Verizon but my software is still on T-Mobile

Did you get the phone from t mobile and have them unlock it cause that might be why

That is correct. When I created the original post the moderator asked for my IMEI and email address. I did state that it was a T-Mobile phone bought directly from Samsung

That might be why I haven't used a carrier locked phone in a few years so I don't know
