Routine to read certain notifications aloud not working properly after Beta 3.

 I had this routine to read aloud certain notifications when received. Worked like a charm until the Beta 3 update. Now it only functions once, the first notification received, and then stops reading them aloud. 

 Tried deleting and remaking the routine but the same thing occurs. It reads the first notification aloud, and then no more. 

 Any ideas would be much appreciated.

My routine for battery percentage gets triggered over and over so I had to disable it. Probably just gonna move most of my routines to macrodroid if this isn't fixed soon.
