I can't remember where I read this, but the information that I read did say they purposely took magnified coloring glance off the S Pen Air Command menu. And I'm sorry I can't remember if they said there was a way to re-add them or not but this is something that was purposely changed

That was one of the updates made. On the survey they even asked about it.
Not sure if they are removing them for good or testing the waters.
