Vibration is caused usually when an error happened in the background or logs are being collected.
You may check for notifications in Settings-> Notification or enabled Settings-> Notification-> Advanced settings -> Notification history. to track your notifications.
Next time issue happens, please check settings -> Battery and device care -> Graph icon to see if any app crashed.
Also check settings -> about phone -> status information-> up time. This should match time since you last rebooted the device. if it doesn't, it mean your android framework has crashed. Please send us an error report if this happens.
