I spoke to samsung tech support. They are aware of this issue and currently are going through crashlogs to fix the issue. Keep an eye out of an update.

Here's the fix if anyone is interested...

Since this is currently an issue, there's a fix for it until Samsung pushes out an update. Go to settings, click on device care, click on auto optimization, auto restart, then turn off every option under this. It'll fix this issue until Samsung fix the problem.

Thanks for this! I was going nuts with my phone rebooting regardless of what I did!

Edit: Unfortunately, hasn't worked. My S23 Ultra is rebooting randomly now. Few minutes after bootup to maybe 10 mins.

I'm using Wi-Fi 6E. I don't know if it's tied to that or not. I woke up at 5am and notice sometime while I was sleeping the phone rebooted. I unlocked the phone and it rebooted again. I left it for an hour without using it. Then used it for 3 hours no issues. The second I put it down it and went to use it again, the phone rebooted. Currently I'm making a backup and going to install beta 2 until there is a fix.

Turning off wifi seems to have fixed the issue.  I have an Eero wife 6e mesh and it probably is the cause of the reboots.

4th and 5th time this morning, phone is in the magical spot then reboots. I'm going to switch my 6e to 5Ghz and see if that helps
