So basically I am seeing this behavior more when the phone is below 15% eft in battery. My battery packs trigger Fast Charging though they are Fast Chatge 2.0. Unplugging and plugging in the cable will not change the charging speed. Though when I do a restart, it will trigger back the fast charging 2.0. Also shutting down the phone will charge at fast charging 2.0 when off.
