Sames to be audio is extremely low on one of the earbuds , no matter what app or setting is done on the wearables app

Unfortunately, that sounds more like a bad ear bud than an OS issue. Have you tried to pair it to anything other than your phone? My left bud on my Buds Live did that. I need to find a left one on eBay or something 🤔

Works fine on other phones in the house , also worked phone before the beta

That is very odd, Usually when one ear bad has low volume, it is consistent across all phones. Are you using sound assistant or any other good lock apps for audio?
