Well since Google Wallet cannot be used during Beta watch program I went ahead and for the first time added my credit cards to Samsung Wallet on my phone and then was able to add them to my Watch 4 without any issues at all.
I have not paid with Samsung Wallet yet and hopefully will work when I first attempt to use it. Does anyone use Samsung Wallet and do most places accept Samsung Wallet as payment? I have always used Google Wallet on my device and/or watch since I bought the devices but wondering what others have experienced with Samsung Wallet on ease of use and availability to pay with it?
I started using Samsung Pay on my Watch4 several weeks or so ago, used to just use it on my phone. The grocery store I work at finally got the tap to pay credit card readers, and my watch works great on them! One thing to note, which I'm assuming is the same when using Google Pay, is that you need to have a PIN set up on your watch and enter it after each time you remove your watch. Once your watch is on your arm, you don't have to re-enter the PIN. Not even when using Samsung Pay. And you can set it up with multiple credit cards.
I paid with Sansung Wallet for the first time today using my watch. It worked perfectly! Those who have been using Google Wallet and cannot use your watch because of the Beta Program simply activate and set up Sansung Wallet. It works the same way at Google Wallet. It may even be better!
