Samsung email app

The app only lets you read an email. Can't reply or create a new one. Already reported to Samsung

Same issue, resetting the app did not fix it. I also submitted a report.

I am having the same issue. My app just closes if I hit the + to start a new email :envelope:

After much trouble shooting, I was able to fix it.

First off, my starting version: 6.1.70.1 (latest update released on Aug 5th). The play store was showing I was up to date (even listed the same version).

I uninstalled Samsung Email and reinstalled an older version from the Galaxy Store, 6.1.61.1(last updated on Aug 2nd). But it still had the same issue.

The Play Store showed it needed updated and I updated it to 6.1.72.1. (Now showing last updated July 28th)

Problem has been fixed!
