Samsung internet has been giving issues in dex where, once minimized and opened again , the upper toolbar is gone and nice cannot click anywhere on the site. Disconnecting from dex and reconnecting brings back functionality but it will happen again once minimized.
I will see if I can reproduce but try reporting it as an issue with a screen recording if possible but also make sure logs are checked so they can fix it faster.
