I run into a problem where, when I select a card to use for payment and press the "pin" button, nothing happens (it doesn't give the option to actually put in my pin. In addition, when I press on the card and choose "pay" in blue, the prompt come up to use my fingerprint, but the actual scanner is not activated.

(phone) Settings > Apps > Samsung Pay

Tap Force Stop, lower right
Tap Storage, then Clear Cache
Exit out of Settings
... retry
