I have attempted to register my device, but the system indicates that it is not recognized. I subsequently received a replacement device, which successfully registered; however, its location is not displayed on the map. Furthermore, when I access the "Find Ring" feature within the companion application, it states that the device is not registered. Could you please advise on the appropriate course of action?

To help the team accurately identify the cause of this issue, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.

1. Open Samsung Members โ†’ One UI Beta Program โ†’ Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure โ€œSend system log dataโ€ is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)

Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
