Cannot log in to samsung shop keeps saying "Samsung account already exist in the account manager" doesn't make sense at all I can't log in to view or modify my purchases such as cancelling my samsung care plus please fix the issue

I've been having the same issue for a few weeks as well. I have to login using the Chrome browser.

Do a Force Stop, then Storage Clear Cache for the app and re-try
