Screenshot only scrolls once

After taking a screenshot it doesn't allow to keep scrolling when tapping the arrow down, it stops after the first tap.

I just now tried this and my ultra with the latest beta was able to scroll down and collect more screenshot. Mine did have a delay between scrolling screenshot.

Mine has always had a delay, I will hit it then have to wait a second or so to hit it again

Mine doesn't scroll down automatically. I have to tap the arrow down every time. Or I have to tap and hold it in order to make a full screenshot.
