I think i mightve found a temporary fix to the stuttering scrolling that most of us have been encountering... & that is to be on a call ! It might sound crazy but while I was on the phone, I was scrolling through twitter, G messages, some other apps and noticed right away the scrolling was buttery smooth. Turned on the refresh rate & i could see it staying on 120Hz without switching back & forth with 60Hz... Anyone wants to give it a try ??
P.s. Ended the call a few times & unfortunately it would go back to stuttering
Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung memberās app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
Press Side key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
We have done this multiple times. The issue persists. This was something that got broken with the Beta 4 but was working fine in beta 3. Hopefully your next update will fix it again.
